How long does Fishgoo store items for free?

Fishgoo stores items free for up to 100 days after they arrive at its warehouse.

Are Fishgoo's QC photos free?

Fishgoo inspects each item on arrival and includes 5 free high-resolution QC photos; extra photos or video can be requested.

Can I return an item bought through Fishgoo?

Within 5 days of an item being checked into the warehouse you can return or exchange it without a reason, if it is new and unused with tags and packaging.

How is Fishgoo shipping charged?

You pay for the item first and for international shipping later, once the parcel is packed and weighed; Fishgoo lists more than 2,000 shipping routes.

Ordering a find through Fishgoo

Find the item here and press Buy, or paste any Taobao, Weidian or 1688 link (or another agent's link) into the Fishgoo link converter. Fishgoo product links put the marketplace listing after productLink=, encoded for its app-style page address. The converter handles that encoding, so a link from any agent becomes a Fishgoo link to the very same item.

On fishgoo.com, pick the size and colour and pay for the item.

Fishgoo buys it from the seller and photographs it at its warehouse for you to check.

When your haul is ready, combine it into one parcel and choose a shipping line.
